Returns

Email hello@ashandhickory.com to start a return. Include the order number and whether the piece is unused.

Large items

Desks, tops, and bases carry a 10% restocking and return fee when you choose to send them back. The fee is withheld from the refund. It is not added to the price at checkout.

The item must come back unused and in a condition we can sell again. You pay the return freight. If we shipped the wrong piece, or it arrives damaged, we refund the purchase in full and we pay the return freight. The restocking fee does not apply in those cases.

Accessories

Arms, cable management, and other small accessories are not charged the 10% fee. Write to us and we will arrange the return.

The fee is also stated on the product page and must be accepted at checkout before payment when the cart includes a large item.
